its not incorrect to say people who arent drake fans dont understand the video. I am a huge drake fan and i am shocked at what the video came out to be. i know sex sells, but to sell sex and slap "sense of humour" on it for everything is a little old. if he and kanye west were so original, i reckon they could come up with something more original than big titts and small clothes.

although i am a big drake fan i was dissapointed with the video a little bit when i first seen it because i was expecting a different secnario but after a while it did grow on me

i like the song and i dont have anything against drake neither Kanye, but the simply fact is I was expecting more and so were many other people. Its not the fact that people didn't understand the humor in the video but more that it really wasn't that funny and just didn't coincide with the song on many levels despite what the artist and director tried to convey. Maybe if it was any other of these new age rap artist coming out with this video it would not have mattered but people were expecting more from this artist and were a bit let down.

exactly. i don't get the criticisms either. they are highly exagerrated. i mean wtf were they watching. too many idiots jump on the same bandwagon and the same train of thought for pity little things and you just wonder don't you have any original thoughts of your own. it was well conceptualised from start to finish, stylish and playful. the video fitted the song and mocked the whole entendre of college basketball and looks vs brawn. i mean did you actually think a bunch of feminine, delicately manicured, tight fitting tramps would fair better than those of the opposing team who were at an advantage because of their height and physicality. the whole pre-game tactical session captured that well – am i the best?. Team D is premised on that whole ideal and humour. if you cannot see that you are brain dead.
